Enquiry privacy notice

This notice describes the enquiry form on this marketing website. It is separate from how a customer operates their own on-premises Multiple installation.

What the form collects

Your name, email, company, enquiry topic, optional team-size range, message and the time you agree to be contacted. We also store a reference number and administrative follow-up information.

How the information is used

The Multiple team uses it to respond to your request, discuss the product and manage follow-up. It is stored in this website’s hosted lead database and is accessible through a protected administrator inbox. The form does not connect to or read your organisation’s Multiple messages or files.

Spam prevention

The enquiry endpoint keeps a temporary, hour-specific hash derived from your connection address to limit repeated submissions. It does not store the raw address in the lead record. Expired limiter entries are cleared when enquiries are processed.

Your choices

Contact multiple.support@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry, or to ask that follow-up stop. Include your reference number if available. No automated marketing subscription is created by submitting the form.

Website services

The pages are hosted on Vercel and enquiries are stored in a Neon PostgreSQL database. The administrator area uses a protected sign-in and a secure session cookie. Temporary connection hashes also limit administrator sign-in attempts. This site adds no advertising trackers and loads its fonts locally.
